Each year an annual meeting of the members of Big Bend Electric Cooperative, Incorporated (BBEC) is held to inform members about the financial and operating condition of their cooperative and to elect members to serve on the Board of Trustees.
Annual meetings are held during the month of February or March in accordance with the BBEC bylaws. Notices and information about annual meetings are mailed to members in advance of each meeting. BBEC typically publishes notices and information in the member magazine called Ruralite.
2026 Annual Meeting was held on March 21, 2026.
The next Annual Meeting will be held in Pasco on March 20, 2027.
