Residential & Commercial Billing
- Bills are mailed the last working day of each month and shall be due and payable when mailed.
- Bills become delinquent if not paid by the close of business on the 20th day after the date the bill is mailed.
A late fee of the greater of $5 or 1.5 % of the past due balance shall be assessed each month on all accounts with a past due balance greater than $10 on the delinquent date.
Irrigation Billing
- Summer season energy usage (April 1 through October 31): Bills are mailed the beginning of November and are typically due January 1.
- Winter season energy usage (November 1 through March 31): Bills are mailed the beginning of April and due April 30.
Horsepower charge bills are mailed February 1 and are due March 31.
